The copper vase I obtained in Colombia while doing a one man show exhibit there two years ago. I knew that some day I would have the perfect spot for it in one of my creations. Although this is simple composition I believe is one of the paintings I like best. If you notice the arrangement repeats it self on the countours of the niche archway,the apples, grapes and finally on the snail's shell. The white rose,the porcelain bowl,the highlights troughout and the white speckles on the butterfly brings total harmony to the painting. Enjoy!
