I found the book (Romeo & Juliet by Wm. Shakespeare)depicted on this painting in a Estate sell a few years ago. Since we all know this novel was of a great love story, I decided to add the violin a red rose, and nature's rewards. After viewing the painting several times, I thought the Romeo & Juliet title would be decorous.
